Once we receive these details, we commit to resolving your product quality concerns as swiftly as possible.

Should you find an issue with any of our products, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible from the delivery date. We give our members the right to look at all the product order upon delivery. We urge you to carefully look at all of the product with our driver. We will do our utmost to address and resolve the issue promptly. Please understand that we may be unable to rectify concerns regarding orders that exceed a 6 hr period. We prioritize your satisfaction and will do our utmost to resolve any product issues swiftly and effectively.

What are the shipping fees?

Canada Post XpressPost shipping . We will contact you with shipping costs after you make your order. If you are in ontario and surrounding areas. We offer delivery as well. Our customer service team will be able to assist you with cost. 

We do not ship outside of Canada.

We ship orders with signature required on all orders above $250. This is an extra security measure to protect your purchase from postal theft. If you do not want this option for your order, please add a note to your order on the Checkout Page and request for no signature.

However, if you request no signature and your item has been marked as delivered, we have no liability on the package if it is deemed missing.

  1. We offer free Xpresspost shipping on all orders. Please note that this service usually arrives within 1-3 business days to most parts in Canada as advertised by Canada Post. In some cases, if you reside in a rural area or small population city, it may take up to 4 business days, however, usually is the cases for provinces such as New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Orders paid before 11:00AM (PST) will ship the same business day. Any orders paid for after 11:00AM (PST) will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends & holidays)

If your order is shipped with Canada Post, you will receive a separate email from Canada Post with your tracking information. Please check your junk folder. If you still don’t have a tracking number, please contact us at the contact form below and one of our customer service representatives will look into it. If your order is still on hold, it means that we have not received your payment and your order has not been processed yet.

Canada Post may forget to add an updated scan to the order. This causes the order to appear as if it is not being processed. Most of our orders arrive within three business days. However, it they may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have waited four or five business days and nothing has arrived, please EMAIL US directly at the contact form below and we will perform a trace for you with Canada Post.

We pride ourselves as being the seller in the industry of Canada, and therefore we ensure that your order will be taken care of with the same standard. Your order will be discreetly packaged, and flowers will be packaged properly. They will also be vacuum-sealed 2 times to conceal any smell. 

Bud size will vary in size from small to large and this due to the nature of some strains. For bulk orders, there will be a little to none shake. Each product will have a description of the product.

Any order over $1000 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No Signature required, Please.”

We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t show up as trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The correct tracking should show up by the end of the business day. (Please wait up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show a location before contacting us.

Placing Products on Hold with a 50% Deposit

To reserve your products, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order. This ensures that your items are held for you and not sold to other customers. However, if you decide not to proceed with the order after placing the deposit, a 20% cancellation fee will be automatically applied to cover administrative costs and loss of sale. This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient process for all our customers. We do not place any holds on any of our stock without a deposit.
